Anita manages the overall operations of the Alumni Association and works closely with the staff and the Alumni Association Board of Directors to develop and oversee all aspects of alumni relations programming for Mines. She also works closely with colleagues at the Foundation and Mines to ensure that alumni are involved in the life of the university and their concerns are considered and addressed. An ex officio member of the board, Anita serves on all CSMAA board committees and several Mines committees.

Liz is responsible for on-campus programs such as Reunion, Homecoming, Alumni Faculty Receptions, and the Student Alumni Association group called the M-ulators. She is also responsible for membership communications and services.

Serena oversees regional alumni programming, including our annual “E-Days ’Round the World Event” that takes place in 50 or more cities around the world on the very same day. Serena consults with section leadership to plan events, recruit volunteers, and acts as a conduit to Mines. She works closely with Admissions and serves as the CSMAA Mentor Program coordinator, matching students with alumni wherever they reside.

Nancy is a part-time administrative assistant tasked with updating alumni records, corresponding with family members of recently deceased alumni, helping users of our online Alumni Job Center and assisting with various events.
